1. Definitions
Withdrawal Period: Time during which a consumer can exercise the right of withdrawal.

Professional: A natural or legal person offering goods/services to consumers remotely.
Distance Contract: Contract concluded between professional and consumer via a distance sales system.
Distance Communication: Tool enabling a contract without simultaneous physical presence.

3. Applicability
These terms apply to all offers and distance contracts between the professional and consumer.
Consumers must have access to the terms before concluding a contract.
Terms may be provided electronically if the contract is concluded online.
In case of conflict, the most favorable provision for the consumer applies.
If any provision is invalid, the remainder remains in effect.
4. Offer
Offers may be limited in time or subject to conditions.
Offers contain accurate descriptions and images of products/services; obvious errors do not bind the professional.
Offers must include: price (excluding import duties and VAT if applicable), shipping costs, contract conclusion method, withdrawal rights, payment and delivery methods, validity period, and applicable codes of conduct.
5. Contract
A contract is formed when the consumer accepts the offer and meets its conditions.
Electronic acceptance is confirmed immediately by the professional.
Contracts are subject to product availability.
The professional ensures secure electronic transmissions and payment processes.
6. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers may cancel purchases within 60 days without giving reasons.
The withdrawal period starts the day after the product is received.
Products must be returned in original condition and packaging.
Notification of withdrawal must be sent by email within 60 days.
Proof of return is required.
7. Costs of Withdrawal
Consumers bear the return shipping cost.
Refunds will be issued within 60 days after receipt or proof of return.
8. Exceptions to Withdrawal
The professional may exclude the right of withdrawal for:

9. Prices
Prices are fixed during offer validity, except for VAT changes.
Market-dependent products may vary in price.
Delivery outside the EU may incur import duties or taxes payable by the consumer.
Prices are subject to printing errors; the professional is not obligated to deliver at incorrect prices.
10. Compliance & Warranty
Products/services conform to the contract, offer description, and legal requirements.
Manufacturer or importer warranties do not affect legal consumer rights.
Defects or incorrect deliveries must be reported within 14 days.
Warranty voided if product modified, misused, or altered by law-regulated materials.
11. Delivery & Execution
Orders delivered within 30 days unless otherwise agreed.
Delays will be communicated; consumer may cancel without cost.
Risk of loss or damage transfers to the consumer upon delivery.
12. Long-term Contracts: Duration, Termination & Renewal
Consumers may terminate indefinite contracts with 1-month notice.
Fixed-term contracts terminate as agreed, with notice.
Certain subscriptions may automatically renew for a limited period.
13. Payment
Payment due within 7 business days after withdrawal period for products.
Services paid after contract confirmation.
Errors in payment data must be reported immediately.
Non-payment may incur legal fees after notification.
14. Complaints
Complaints must be submitted in writing within 7 days of discovery.
Professional responds within 14 days.
Unresolved disputes may be taken to court.
Justified complaints result in repair or replacement at no cost.
15. Governing Law
All contracts are governed exclusively by Dutch law, even if the consumer resides abroad.
